When you are facing difficulties with life, counselling can be very useful in helping you find the time and space to look inward, giving you the strength to resolve issues that may be causing you pain and to allow you to develop your self-awareness. Therapy is about developing emotional and psychological resilience. It provides a chance to explore specific issues or gain a more in-depth understanding of yourself.
How I can help you as a counsellor?
My role is to help you identify, clarify and explore personal difficulties whilst raising your self-awareness and gaining a better understanding of both current and past experiences and feelings. In this way, I can assist you in dealing with any conflicts and difficulties, and help you find new ways of being.
